BASF has announced the following changes in its management team:

• Markus Heldt (61), President, Agricultural Solutions, Limburgerhof, will retire effective June 30, 2019.
   
• Vincent Gros (56) will, as President, succeed Markus Heldt effective July 1, 2019. Gros is currently, as Senior Vice President, responsible for the Global Integration Management of Seeds and Non-Selective Herbicide Businesses.
