We may call ourselves "Great Place to Work" for a year. This is because we met all the criteria of the employee survey and the 'Culture Audit'. Jeroen Schouten, HR Business Partner, received the award on Thursday 18 October. Overall, an excellent result that we are delighted and proud of!
The background
In May, we participated in the employee survey of Great Place to Work. We would like to strengthen and improve our organisation with the results.
Culture Audit
A ‘Culture Audit’ was carried out in addition to the employee survey. This is an evaluation of our workplace policies. The results of this indicate to what extent these policies contribute to achieving our desired organisational culture. In addition, it provides insight into areas of improvement.
Combining these two measurements provides a comprehensive image of our organisation, which gives us a unique insight into the effectiveness of the policy we pursue.
In the top 10?
In March 2019, Great Place to Work will announce whether we have made it into the top 10 Best Workplaces in our category: Best Multinational Workplaces.
Wij zijn een 'Great Place to Work'
Medewerkers-onderzoek 2018
We mogen onszelf een jaar 'Great Place to Work' noemen. Dit omdat we voldoen aan alle gestelde criteria van het medewerkersonderzoek en de 'Culture Audit'. Donderdag 18 oktober nam Jeroen Schouten, HR Business Partner, de oorkonde in ontvangst. Al met al een zeer mooi resultaat waar we blij mee en trots op mogen zijn!
Wat voorafging
In de maand mei namen we deel aan het medewerkersonderzoek van Great Place to Work. Met de uitkomsten willen we onze organisatie versterken en verbeteren.
Culture Audit
Naast het medewerkersonderzoek werd er ook een 'Culture Audit' uitgevoerd. Dit is een evaluatie van ons werkgeversbeleid, dat inzicht in waar we nog in kunnen verbeteren.
Door deze twee metingen te combineren, ontstaat een compleet beeld van onze organisatie, waardoor we een uniek inzicht krijgen in de effectiviteit van ons gevoerde beleid.
Bij de beste 10?
In maart 2019 maakt Great Place to Work bekend of wij behoren tot de top 10 Best Workplaces in onze categorie: Best Multinational Workplaces.
