Thunder Seed is pleased to announce it’s recent hire of Nikki Naas, who has joined the team as a Climate FieldView Specialist. In this new role, Naas will promote Climate’s FieldView management tools in order to help Thunder Seed farmers to make more informed decisions about their crop.
When asked what makes Nikki most excited to work for Thunder Seed, she knew her top reason immediately. She expressed her excitement for the chance to travel to various Thunder Seed partner farms. In addition, Naas looks forward to expanding her knowledge of the agriculture industry.
She comes to Thunder Seed from a previous role with Central Plains Ag Services where she offered fertilizer, chemical, and seed recommendations as a Sales Agronomist. Yet, prior to her post-graduation employment, Nikki is 5th generation on the Naas family wheat & soy bean farm with her parent’s and younger brother, followed by her ag. studies at NDSU. She majored in Agricultural Economics, minored in Crop and Weed Sciences, and even had time to compete on the school Rodeo Team.
When Naas isn’t at work with Thunder Seed or helping out at the McVille, ND family farm, she is training her horses for barrel racing competitions.
