USA - Availability of petition from Verdeca LLC for deregulation of GE soybean for increased yield

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is making available for public comment a petition from Verdeca LLC seeking deregulation of soybean genetically engineered (GE) for increased yield. The petition will be available for public review and comment for 60 days starting November 15, 2017.
