Frank Terhorst, Global Head of Seeds for Bayer CropScience LP, and
Jim Blome, President & CEO for Bayer CropScience LP and the Head of Crop Protection for the North American region, visited the Vegetable Seeds US Headquarters in Parma, Idaho on
November 17th for their first time. Stacy Woodruff, Vegetable Seeds US Country Head, along with other Regional Heads located in Parma, provided a packed agenda included one on one introductions; small group visits, a tour of Vegetable Seeds Processing & Quality Assurance.
A lunch was provided with an assortment of different department groups where an open question and answer session was completed. Their afternoon concluded with a visit to a key customer directed by Emily Watson, Country Sales Manager for US & Canada. The common thread through all the discussions was the shared vision that our people are our most important asset and safety really does come first! Through many discussion and Q&A sessions it was clear that Bayer is poised for strong growth and Vegetable Seeds is recognized as a key part of the long term growth strategy. It was a great experience to have a visit from our Leadership team!
