A new Chief Executive will be announced shortly to lead the organisation in its next phase of development. The new Chief Executive is a seasoned manager from the agriculture-technology industry with several decades of experience working in Europe, the US and Asia.
LemnaTec’s current CEO Dirk Vandenhirtz, who founded the company in 1998 and has been responsible for its development into one of the world’s largest and most well-respected plant phenotyping specialists, will be standing down. Other organisational changes include the appointment of Ralf Radermacher as Chief Finance Officer.
Bertram Koehler, Chairman of the Board, says: “Following nearly two decades of success, progress and pushing the boundaries of plant phenotyping, we have reached a pivotal moment in our development. We have demonstrated that our technology has real value for scientists all over the world, and now is the right time to expand to create a truly global organization.”
