The new $15 million Washington Grains Plant Growth Facility on the Washington State University Pullman campus was dedicated Saturday.
Interim president Dan Bernardo and interim CAHNRS dean Kim Kidwell unveil dedication plaque.
It was funded by WSU and the Washington Grain Commission.
