Launching joint research on the production of new wheat breed based on heavy ion beam irradiation

The RIKEN Plant Science Center, Kihara Institute of Biological Research and Nishina Center for Accelerator-Based Science have launched joint research on the production of new wheat breed based on heavy ion beam irradiation.
Through this project we aim production of new useful wheat.
