Elaine has over two decades of global experience as CFO in executive C-Suite and independent non-executive board roles. She has driven transformative change in organizations ranging from Multinational corporations to Start-ups and family businesses. Notable brands include Dole, Temasek, VF (The North Face, Timberland, Vans, Lee, Wrangler, etc.), Zuellig Pharma, and the UN World Food Programme.

Elaine is based in Singapore. In addition to her role with East-West Seed, Elaine also serves as an independent non-executive director at Novotech Health, XCL Education, International Baccalaureate, and WWF International. Elaine is inspired by East-West Seed’s purpose to serve smallholder farmers, and is very much looking forward to contributing to the company’s mission as a board member.
