Certis Biologicals, a global leader in bio-based innovations that enhance crop productivity and quality, has named Eda Reinot, President. Reinot will soon transition to CEO, leading the legacy into a new phase of growth. Certis Biologicals is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.
Reinot joins Certis Biologicals, having served in a vice president role at Indigo Ag, where she was responsible for R&D, regulatory, quality, bio-processing, and international product development. She previously held R&D positions at BASF and was the Global Head of R&D at Becker Underwood.

Certis Biologicals currently manufactures and distributes a portfolio of more than 40 products that provide efficacious control of pests, diseases, and weeds that threaten greenhouse, specialty, and large-acreage crops. The company holds more than 300 global registrations for active ingredients and product brands such as Double Nickel®, Howler EVO®, and Theia®. In 2024, the company introduced new products such as NemaClean® bionematicide and Convergence® biofungicide for large-acreage cropping systems.
