Calgary, Alberta, Canada
September 11, 2023

In September, Bayer Crop Science Canada is launching a new commercial go-to-market organization with an expanded team in Eastern Canada to better serve farmers and channel partners.

The new structure with additional team members integrates Sales, Market Development and Digital Farming Solutions will better enable Bayer to:

  • More effectively understand and serve farmers and channel partners in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes
  • Offer valuable tailored solutions enhanced by FieldViewTM, so farms can be more successful and sustainable
  • Accelerate innovation in our pipeline and bring new innovation and solutions to farms more quickly

“The planning team spent a great deal of time analyzing customer needs and designing a fully integrated organization that will help take farms to the next level of success,” said Antoine Bernet, Country Division Head, Crop Science Canada. “The changes mean we have Sales, Market Development and Digital teams closely connected to each other and laser focused on creating value for farmers and strategic channel partners. This will ultimately lead to an elevated experience when dealing with Bayer in Eastern Canada.“

Eastern Canadian farmers, from southern Ontario to Atlantic Canada, are progressive, diverse, and integral to Bayer Crop Science in Canada. Bayer’s business is driven by market-leading traits in corn and soybeans and is supported with crop protection and digital solutions in row crops and fruit and vegetables. Bayer is excited to expand the commercial team in Eastern Canada to elevate the support of customers.
