3000 Delta Pro Pansies

At least twenty volunteers rolled up their sleeves the past few days to plant 3000 Delta Pro pansies at ‘De Garden’ near the historic ‘Koepoort’ in Enkhuizen.

De Garden is the testing ground of the seed world and a discovery garden for the consumer, which, thanks to the initiative of some elderly seed lovers, can be found in Enkhuizen again since two years.

The planting of the colourful plants is not only the kickoff of a new edition of De Garden but also a great opportunity to show the excellent performance of our new pansies.

It was agreed with three seed companies in the area that they would take turns supplying plants as the start of the season. To kick off the spring season, Syngenta Flowers supplied 3000 Delta Pro pansies.

The pansies have been planted on the slope overlooking the Koepoort. Soon, these colourful plants will form a beautiful logo for De Garden, for visitors to marvel at.

Delta Pro

The ultimate highlight of 2023 is the new Viola x wittrockiana F1 Delta® Pro series. The unmatched reputation of our large flowered Delta® Pro series sets the new benchmark for both spring and autumn production. With its extreme uniformity in size and flowertime, and an excellent field performance, they will definitely be an eye-catcher. Read more
