Last April Syngenta Flowers Can Erol (Key Account Manager Turkey & Middle East) and his colleague Emre Palaoglu (Technical Support Specialist) visited all major growers and distributors in the Turkish speaking part of Cyprus. They learned about the great potential that the island has for the flowers industry. Cyprus has a strong tourism sector that drives flowers consumption. But municipalities also play a strong role in the ornamental industry. The Cypriots take pride in the beautification of their landscape. You can see flowers everywhere.
