New leadership Incotec in Latin America - Francisco Serra succeeds Gerard Vrolijk as General Manager of Incotec Latam

After 17 years as General Manager of Incotec Latam, Gerard Vrolijk will retire on 18 December 2020. He has worked for Incotec since 1983. He will be succeeded by Francisco Serra, currently Country Sales Manager for Incotec Argentina.
In his long career with Incotec, Gerard Vrolijk has held many roles. He has been based in Brazil since 2003. In his current position, he has been key to building the business and he leaves behind a solid market-leading seed enhancement organisation in South America.
Francisco Serra has proven himself as Country Sales Manager for Incotec Argentina and is well placed to lead Incotec Latam. He has a good track record in the seed business and has been site manager at Incotec Argentina since its establishment in 2014. He will be moving with his family to Holambra Brazil to take up this new position.
