Bratney Companies, an engineering, construction and manufacturers’ representative company, announces the acquisition of Vogel Sales Engineering, a leading manufacturers’ representative organization in Sacramento, California specializing in the supply of equipment and systems for the processing, handling, and packaging of food products and dry bulk materials.

Their acquisition is part of our long term growth strategy and will provide us with additional sales in our core product and service offerings.” said Paul Bratney, President and CEO. “We look forward to continuing Vogel’s long history of quality products and services while leveraging some of our core engineering and construction competencies into their markets.”

Vogel Sales Engineering has thirteen full-time employees. They offer equipment for food, feed, baking, nut, plastic, pharmaceutical and many other industries. The company will continue to operate independently but will be part of the Bratney Companies umbrella, representing Satake, BM&M, Fortress Technology, and other high quality manufacturers. Steve Rocca will remain with the company as president and be responsible for its day to day operations.
