Lallemand Plant Care is pleased to announce it has acquired all remaining distribution rights to the BioBoost® and BYSI-N® biological line of products from BrettYoung. In 2014, Lallemand announced its acquisition of the world-wide intellectual property rights and associated assets related to BrettYoung’s biological products portfolio.
Starting July 1, 2017, Lallemand will assume all aspects of product sales, marketing, distribution and before and after sales service on a world-wide basis. BrettYoung will coordinate returns with its customers from this current season’s business.
Commenting on the agreement, Vince Myerly, Commercial Director for Lallemand Plant Care in North America said, “This agreement is an important step in continuing to bring Lallemand Plant Care’s exciting biocontrol, biostimulant and biofertilizer technologies to North American producers.”
Calvin Sonntag, CEO of BrettYoung said, “This development represents the conclusion of our collaboration with Lallemand Plant Care. We wish them well with the growth and expansion of their business.”
