De Raad voor plantenrassen verhoogt zijn tarieven op 1 januari 2025 met 6,5%
Dit geldt voor zowel de tarieven voor een aanvraag voor toelating en/of kwekersrecht als de tarieven voor het rassenonderzoek.
Deze indexering is nodig door de stijging van de personele en overige kosten. Het gaat hier om de inflatiecorrectie. Door deze tariefaanpassing kan de Raad kostendekkend blijven werken.
De tarieven zijn tot stand gekomen in samenspraak tussen Naktuinbouw en de Raad en daarna goedgekeurd door het Ministerie van LVVN.
The Board for Plant Varieties will increase its fees
The Board for Plant Varieties will increase its fees by 6.5% on January 1, 2025
This applies to both the fees for an application for listing and/or plant breeders’ rights, as well as the fees for variety testing.
This indexation is necessary due to the increase in personnel and other costs. This is an inflation adjustment. With this fee adjustment, the Board can continue to operate on a cost-covering basis.
The fees were established in consultation between Naktuinbouw and the Board and then approved by the Ministry of LVVN.
