The patented Naiopur technology was developed with the food and agricultural industry in mind. Due to the special transport process, the product is irradiated 360° with UV-C light and thus disinfected up to 99.9%. The Naiopur has been specially designed for efficient and cost-effective disinfection of seeds, grains, herbs, spices, etc. During the development of the Naiopur seed disinfector, much emphasis was placed on a robust design, easy handling and high production efficiency. A disinfection rate up to 99.9% has been confirmed by renowned German laboratories. The cleaning effect is not achieved by the use of chemicals or steam sterilization, but by UV-C radiation. The disinfection of the products prevents epidemics and at the same time increases the shelf life. Herbs and seeds are so far either not disinfected at all or with complex steam processes, with the problem that valuable ingredients of the products and essential oils are dissolved out by the process.
