Summary:

Supervise the operation of warehouse and customer service department in the Mexicali office. Ensure employees follow procedures and company policies regarding customer service, inventories, purchases, warehouse, COFACE and sales. Ensure company meet legal requirements for importation and exportation of seed. Assist México Customer Service Manager in special projects and coordinate the implementation of company’s safety plan.

The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

1. Supervise personnel of Warehouse and Customer Service of Mexicali office.
2. Ensure personal under its supervision is trained in all procedures of customer service and warehouse.
3. Supervise personnel follow company procedures for elaboration of remissions, inventory adjustments, seed receiving, seed returns, invoices and customers credit lines.
4. Responsible for the follow up of the logistic of importations through Holtville-Mexicali assuring company meet all the legal requirements.
5. Responsible for keeping inventory up dated in amounts and meeting the requirements of quality assurance of México.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Business, International Commerce or five years of experience in similar position.
2. General knowledge of accounting.
3. Experience in Mexican laws for the exportation and importation.

Skills required:

1. Three to five years of experience in customer service, inventories, exportation and importation.
2. Three years of experience in the seed industry.
3. Bilingual (English-Spanish).
4. Leadership and capability to supervise, train and motivate the personal under its supervision.
5. Experience with Microsoft office.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
