We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Parma, ID.

As a Quality Assurance Assistant at our Parma, ID site, you will be responsible for the Global QA computer system. The position will coordinate third-party QA tests, enter and archive results, assist QA working groups, and take a lead role in special projects.
During your day shift as a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will
- Be responsible for the set-up, update, training, and maintenance of the Global QA computer system.
- Serve as the key user and main contact for improvement or change requests for the company's QA computer system.
- Organize regional third-party QA tests, including result entry and archiving of test results.
- Coordinate communication and auditing of all regional QA departments.
- Provide support for specific short-term and long-term projects and programs.
- Coordinate the ordering of regional QA office supplies.
- Support the Global Head of QA with clerical and personnel responsibilities.
- Assist and contribute to the coordination of Global QA activities.
If you have...
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with computer systems and solid Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills).
- Knowledge of QA systems and experience in the seed business (preferred 5 years).
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and conscientious manner.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
