Johnny’s Selected Seeds is a privately held, employee-owned seed producer and merchant headquartered in Winslow, Maine, USA. The company was established in 1973 by Founder and Chairman Rob Johnston, Jr. Johnny’s mission is helping families, friends, and communities to feed one another by providing superior seeds, tools, information and service.

Products include vegetable seeds; medicinal and culinary herb seeds; flower seeds; cover crops, farm seed, and pasture mixes; fruit plants and seeds, and high quality, problem-solving tools and supplies. Sweet Specialty Peppers

Complementing our currently-available Lipstick Pepper, are our new Aura and Glow Sweet Specialty Peppers. These three peppers make a very colorful and tasty trio. Aura produces attractive, tapered, golden yellow fruits that avg. 4-5" long. Glow is the bright orange member of the trio and is just as delicious, adaptable, and easy to grow. Medium-size plants are early to bear and yield well in a variety of climates. Bred by Johnny’s.
Aura (F1) (OG) Aura and Glow partner with Lipstick for a colorful and tasty trio. Tapered, thick-walled, 2-3 lobed fruits are 4-5" long, and are deliciously sweet and fruity. Medium-size plants yield well. Early and easy to grow in diverse climates. Organically grown. Avg. 55,000 seeds/lb.
Glow (F1) (OG) Glow and Aura partner with Lipstick for a colorful and tasty trio. Tapered, thick-walled, 2-3 lobed fruits are 4-5" long, and are deliciously sweet and fruity. Medium-size plants yield well. Early and easy to grow in diverse climates. Organically grown. Avg. 53,000 seeds/lb.
