Sales & Marketing Area Managers
Location: India POSITION: TSE’S/TSM’S/AREA MANAGERS (18-20 No’s)-SALES & MARKETING
LOCATION: Karnataka, Orissa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Punjab, Haryana, West Bengal & North East
RESPONSIBILITY
- To develop the sales and achieves the assigned sales target • Responsible for management of customers and sales orders for his assigned area.
- Responsible for forecasting the sales and needs of products in his assigned area.
- Provide inputs for market data collection and prospect of new markets& opportunities in his assigned area.
- Coordination of the external trials in the area.
- Responsible for coordinating with customers for field days or any events for local promotion of products.
- Responsible for reporting business development in his assigned area to the company.
- Responsible for follow up payments from customers
- Responsible for handling customer claims/complaints if any.
DESIRED CREDENTIALS:
Essential Qualification: B.Sc (Agriculture)
Preferred Qualification: M.Sc(Agriculture)
Experience: 1 to 5 years relevant experience in the vegetable seed industry.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good negotiation and inter-personal skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Ability to converse in multiple languages (local as well as English).
- Cost consciousness.
- Willing to travel.
- Good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills.
