Primary Responsibility:
Continue development of the high value corn and sorghum markets through provision of technical advice, relationship skills and sales experience.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for sales, technical & agronomy support, and product training with customers in the geography. Increase sales and customer retention through relationship skills, product training sales skills.
- Develop and maintain customers understanding of the benefits of high quality products.
- Plan and implement product training for customers.
- Utilize and support sales marketing resources within budgets.
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company’s brands via suitable activities and intellectual property management.
- Attend and present at various external customer meetings supporting business development.
- Attend training for further development of sales skills, techniques and knowledge.
- Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
Job Skills & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in seed sales
Demonstrated Professional Sales Skills - Production Agronomic knowledge

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Travel Requirements: Approximately 70% within sales territory, occasional domestic travel
