We are looking for an ambitious and responsible

HEAD OF SEED PRODUCTION VIETNAM (fulltime)
working in Dalat, Vietnam

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for all daily operations of the farm. Your main activities will involve managing all the crops in the farm, planning rotas, organising the workforce (>100 people) and ensuring their optimal use. You are responsible for all aspects of farm management and ensuring that the production protocols are followed. Furthermore, an important part of your job is to establish good management systems for supervisors and team leaders, store materials, maintenance, HSE and purchase protocols. As Head of Seed Production, you will have contacts with local companies and government needed to run the farm. You will report to the Managing Director of Bejo Vietnam.

QUALIFICATIONS
You have a Bachelor or University Degree in Agriculture or a related field with proven experience in green house vegetable cultivation. Experience in seed or cutting production is a plus. As Head of Seed production, you are a team player who is used to working with big groups of people. You have good people management skills and a problem solving attitude. You are reliable, responsible and organised and you are able to work independently. Furthermore, you have excellent command of written and spoken English and you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
