JOB PROFILE

• Management of breeding nursery and/or pathology and/or field trial activities / and all lab activities
• Supervision of Level 1 and 2 Research Technicians
• Coordinate with relevant supervisor, the management of Level 1 and 2 Research and Research Lab Technicians and recruitment and management of casual employees

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualification Preferred

• Technical Bachelor in Agriculture / Lab technology or similar Experience Preferred (yrs)
• Minimum of five years experience as technician in a relevant organisation

Key skills

• Breeding nursery and/or pathology screening procedures, laboratory procedures and/or field trial management, research machinery use and maintenance, leadership and teamwork & good communication skills
