The vacancy for a Plant Breeder at Rijk Zwaan Marne GmbH

We are enlarging our team at the breeding station in Marne (Schleswig-Holstein, Germany) and are seeking a Plant Breeder.
Within this role you are part of the breeding team in head cabbage.
Your primary workplace is at our breeding station in Marne.
Additionally, you are in charge of cultivation trials at other locations.
After a familiarization phase, you will take on individual responsibility for a specific breeding program.

We are seeking a Plant Breeder with:

• a university or university of applied sciences degree in horticulture
• experience in genetics and plant breeding gathered during your education
• desirable experience in practical plant breeding

Furthermore you are a team player and strong communicator, have lots of initiative and enthusiasm. International involvement within the company requires fluent English both spoken and written.
