HM.CLAUSE employs around 1900 people worldwide and achieves a continuous growing turnover. To support its development, HM.CLAUSE Kenya (70 employees, based in Nanyuki) is looking for an experienced Farm Manager Assistant.

Under the supervision of the Farm Manager, the Farm Manager Assistant will be responsible of the following activities :

• Assist Farm Manager to manage the HMClause home Farm in Nayuki in a cost effective, timely and reliable way.  Ensure consistent high quality seed and technical knowledge of new varieties.
• In coordination with the  Farm  Manager, manage day-to-day business aspects in the home farm and provide on-site crop supervision.
• Provide up-to-date information on the home farm issues impacting the production.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree, or above, in Agronomic science or Agricultural business

Experience : Minimum experience of 2 years in vegetable seed production supervision.

Localization : Nanyuki - Kenya.
