We create a new function of Supply Chain Manager that will coordinate & facilitate with existing departments : Production, supply, factory operations, sales and customer service. His main missions will be :

• Ensure on-time supply of seeds while managing inventory in most economical way with min. wastage.
• Collect, update Sales order & communicate changes, if any to all stakeholders.
• Classify lots in inventory according to quality.
• Supervise the processes to calculate quantity to supply and confirm order with production team and decides which security is needed for both domestic production and imported seeds.
• Anticipate lead time for all related activities & set priorities for processing, QC, packing & shipment in coordination with operations team to ensure availability of ordered seeds on time.
• Keep track of real time inventory at all times.

We are looking for a highly motivated person with :

• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant role.
• Hands-on experience of working on SAP or JDE
• Extremely organised, good time management skills, ability to anticipate.
• Fluent in planning, excel, MS Access or similar databases
• Strong analytical skills and sense of prioritisation
• Good negotiation & strong professional ethics
• Natural authority to get action going in a non-hierarchical function team.
• Good inter personal skills
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an added advantage.
• Diploma in SCM/Material Management preferred
