Processing vegetable market manager (Hungary)
Reporting to the Central Europe Processing Vegetable Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be in charge of developing our seed business in Hungary, for Processing Vegetables crops, in accordance with the priorities defined by the company.
Main Responsibilities:
With a genuine passion for field activities, our product success in the area will depend on you, as you will be responsible for:
- Following Hungarian Market, anticipating its evolution and providing relevant analysis in order to orient R&D
- Managing the product range, and its renewal
- Organizing new product launches (trial organization and assessment) and controlling their development, overseeing internal coordination.
In addition, as Hungary sales manager for you product range, you are responsible for:
- B-to-B sales with key accounts
- Sales development
- Establish sales forecasts
- Respect pricing policy and payments follow-up, taking care of customers and prospects solvency
- Contribute internally and externally to the commercial promotion of your product range: leaflets, customer platform, promote sales and margins.
Profile:
Must have:
- Agricultural engineer or sales background with strong interest for field work
- Natural sales spirit
- Highly autonomous – The taste for challenge
- Fluent Hungarian is imperative, as well as good level of English.
The following will be appreciated:
- Previous field experience ideally within the seed business ideally on Sweet corn, peas or beans.
Position based in Hungary with frequent traveling required (≈50%) in Hungary as well as abroad.
