We are seeking at the earliest opportunity a Senior Manager (m/f) Strategic Support R&D on a full time basis permanent contract. You will report directly to the Board member responsible for R&D at KWS in Einbeck, Germany.

Your remit:

• Support managing the R&D strategy process
• Support monitoring and management of performance against strategy and organizational objectives
• Support the R&D Core Team including preparation, coordination and follow-up of Core Team meetings
• Develop, implement and ensure efficiency of an R&D internal communication strategy
• Develop a basis for an efficient management of knowledge
• Coordinate and further develop specific R&D related education programs and initiatives in collaboration with relevant functions; manage respective interfaces
• Prepare strategic committee meetings for the R&D Executive Board member

Your profile:

• University degree
• Extensive work experience in project and multistake¬holder management – preferably in R&D environments
• Strong strategic thinking abilities
• Integrating leadership qualities
• Strong communication skills (also via communication technologies)
• High level of self-initiative and self-motivation
• Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) and proficiency in German
• Willingness for occasional travel
