Sales Area Manager, Responsible for Africa & Israel
Location: South of France (DrĂ´me) HM.CLAUSE, a business unit belonging to the LIMAGRAIN Group (7400 employees), is specialized in research, production and sales of vegetable seeds to professionals. HM.CLAUSE employs around 1 500 people worldwide and achieves a continuous growing turnover. To support its development, HM.CLAUSE is looking for a talented Sales Area Manager for Middle East.
• You are in charge of developing revenues, margin and market share of HM.CLAUSE seeds in the area.
• Your responsibility covers African countries and Israel.
You enhance sales, optimize our product portfolio, propose improvements to the distribution strategy and manage your network of distributors. You are in charge of a team of local promoters who will assist you in your mission. You define and propose a sales plan and manage customer relations towards customer satisfaction, including orders follow-up, sales contracts and variety registrations. You negotiate internally and comply with a budget, for both Sales Objectives and Operational Expenditures.
You achieved a Bachelor of Science or above, in agricultural related discipline. You will also bring at least 3 years of experience in a Sales oriented position (including product development or marketing). Your knowledge of English language will be key. Knowledge of the French language would be a plus.
You can demonstrate passion for the vegetable seed trade. You possess the needed market knowledge and analytical skills. You are able to efficiently organize customer events and you report frequently about achieved results.
Extensive travels are required on the area under your responsibility.
