We are seeking to recruit at the earliest opportunity a Quality Management Coordinator (m/f) with focus on Biotechnology Standard ETS on a permanent, full-time basis to support the Quality Management department of KWS SAAT AG in Einbeck.

Your remit:

• Interdepartmental and international coordination of all activities toward implementing the biotechnology standards of “Excellence Through Stewardship” (ETS)
• Act as the main contact person at KWS for all ETS activities
• Complement the existing management system with regard to ETS requirements
• Compile, analyse and document the core processes throughout the whole product life cycle
• Establish an international ETS audit system, plan and perform audits
• Conduct ETS-specific employee trainings

Your profile:

• Relevant technical or scientific degree
• Expertise in seed production or equivalent branch
• Practical experience with quality methods and standards (e.g. DIN/ISO 9001), ideally further qualifications in quality management
• Experience as project leader and/or coordinator on equivalent international projects
• Good command of German and English
• Pronounced willingness to cooperate, excellent communication skills, team player
• Highly motivated, diplomatic and persuasive
• Target-orientation
• You possess analytical skills, methodical competence and are capable of abstract thought
• Willingness to travel
