Location: Athens, Greece SPIROU GROUP, a recognized specialist in breeding, production and commercialization of corn, sunflower & alfalfa seeds for professionals, search for its international business development: a Sales Area Business Developer for Black Sea region (RU-UA-RO-MD)
Job Description :
Responsible for progress and development of the activity in Blacksea region, you develop customer loyalties, key accounts and supply chains. In addition, you guarantee the achievement of various goals and projects. Your main tasks are:
- Develop, implement and report annual trial plans to identify new varieties that will meet customer needs.
- Develop sales
- Set and meet annual sales and margin budgets.
- Optimize relationships with existing customers,
- Identify opportunities / trends and analyze competition in these areas
- Create and develop relationships with new customers
- Build innovative and competitive offers concerning prices and technical qualities
- Conduct negotiations
Profile:
- Technical training like Agri-Agro Engineering or significant experience, of the seed sector.
- Fluent English & Russian is required
It’s your sense of business and your analytical mind (sensitivity and understanding of market) that will make your success in this key position inside SPIROU GROUP.
- Plan frequent trips abroad.
Skills required:
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
- Ability to work with people from a variety of different cultural backgrounds.
