JOB DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Managing Director will be responsible for working closely with the current MD. As such, monitoring current sales, further development of new markets, personal contact with major accounts, strategic planning and controlling financial issues will be an integral part of the job.

PROFILE

The ideal candidate will have completed at least a Bachelor of Science degree in an ag related field with an emphasis on business.  

We are looking for an energetic, enterprising, and cooperative individual. 

• Applicant must have good social skills, the ability to work well with fellow colleagues, as well as the ability to establish and maintain new and current accounts. 
• The applicant needs at least 3-5 years experience in marketing, sales, account management and/or technical support. 
• Also 5+ years experience in the agri-business industry is required. 
• The applicant should be willing and able to travel, both foreign and domestic, about 25% of the time. 
• Lastly, he or she must be willing to relocate to Moses Lake, Washington.
