Plant Breeder

Location: Janghowon, South Korea

Job description

  • Lead vegetable breeding activities aligned with GCU R&D strategy in the territory and Global
  • Working with Technology/ traits teams and other functions
  • Developing innovative inbred lines and varieties that meet market needs and give rise to superior performing varieties within and across territory and Global

Qualifications

  • Solid training in genetics and breeding with a recent Ph.D or Master’ degree
  • Good leadership and English communication
  • Good background knowledge of agronomy, pathology, biotechnology etc.
  • Strong networking and team player
  • Passion of plant breeding
