TEAM: EMEA Sales
CONTRACT TYPE: Independent promoter, or via third party company (temporary work agency)
STATUS: reports to the Area Manager
AREA COVERED: Egypt
MAIN MISSIONS:
· Introducing and promoting the new HM.Clause products (5 brands) in the area.
o Directly involved in launching and promoting the new products.
o Promote the technical results to the producers and distributors networks.
o Help the distributors in building the product sales points and characteristics.
o Suggest and follow-up on the product registration.
· In connection with the Area Manager, building the trial plan, field realization and results monitoring.
o Manage the available sample stock from reception to sowing.
o Supervise and realize when necessary trials sowing and planting.
o Compare and evaluate varieties to the reference.
o Summarize and share the results.
o Evaluate the sales potential.
o Identify the added value of a new product in the area covered.
· Technical contact in help to the local distributor for sales and contact with opinion leaders.
· Monitor and manage market information in the territory in close relation with the Area Manager.
o Watch over and follow up competition products, prices, performances and positioning.
o Evaluate market size, describe characteristics, suggest sales development strategy and anticipate evolutions.
o Take active part in preparing the Forecast.
PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor of Science or above, in agricultural related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the seeds business
