Job Description:
Plan and develop genetic transformation protocols for generation of transgenic events in corn and cotton.
Support and advice team members in development of genetic transformation protocols in other mandate crops.
Maintain lab records for tracking of experimental results and actively participate in trait development program.
Required Skills/Experience:
- M.Sc/Ph.D. in Botany or Biotechnology.
- At least 4-5 years hand-on experience in the field of successful genetic transformation in cotton and/or corn.
- Ability to work in a team environment, and manage projects independently.
- Self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
