Are you keen to show us your personality and demonstrate your expertise to us? If so, we would love to have you as an intern at BASF. We are always looking for talented, interested students from a wide variety of fields in agriculture. At BASF, we can offer an incredible amount of exciting projects in breeding. We are always open to new ideas and unconventional approaches to challenging issues.

Depending on the project, you will work either independently or as part of a team. Your supervisor will be right by your side to answer any questions you may have, provide helpful contacts and give you regular feedback on your work.

The Summer Internship will be available approximately between May to September 2022.

Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in breeding programs with field phenotyping and data capture
• Assist in harvest and yield data collection
• Help to execute field and greenhouse trials as needed.
• Able to regularly lift 20 lbs.
• Data analysis

Qualifications

Minimum

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred

• Pursuing a degree in Agriculture or a related field
• Prior lab/field experience
