KWS Gateway Research Center, LLC is looking for a full-time Multi-Crop Greenhouse Research Associate to join our Team at St. Louis, MO Location. We focus on plant breeding and the production and sale of seeds for corn, sugar beet, cereals, potato, rapeseed, sunflowers, and vegetables. KWS uses leading-edge plant breeding methods. Around 6.000 employees represent KWS in more than 70 countries. This is a Permanent position on a full-time basis.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for all aspects of plant care and plant production
• Regular tasks include fertilizer application, tying and staking plants, moving plants per protocol, greenhouse sanitation, transplanting, and propagation activities
• implementing plant care protocol requirements for research trials
• seed increase and processing of self-produced seed
• documentation of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• handling and discarding of regulated material

Preferred qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or Agriculture-related field
• Experience working in a greenhouse
• Experience with regulated materials
