Job Summary:

• Job duties will include tractor driving, some GPS guided and possible incorporation of pre-plant chemical.
• Bedding ground, pulling ends, irrigation, furrow and wheel lines, planting, cultivating, running a spray rig to apply herbicides and pesticides.
• Operating a corn picker and driving truck for harvest.
• Fall work will include plowing, groundhog, land plane.
• Four months during winter this employee could be working in the plant assigned to various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a Valid CDL Driver’s License with Tanker endorsements.
• Private Applicators chemical license preferred, not required.
• Must have experience operating a tractor and other farm equipment.
• Needs some computer skills.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Needs a solid work ethic and be self-motivated.
• Needs strong organizational skills and are detailed oriented.
• Must be able to work long and variable hours 7 days a week. (Seasonally)

• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and capable to work with minimal supervision.
