Desired qualifications:

• Ph. D in Agriculture or related subject preferably Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Pathology and Entomology having 3 – 4 years of experience in seed industry with market or product development
• M.Sc (Ag) in Agriculture or related subject preferably Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Pathology and Entomology having 5-8 years of experience in seed industry with market or product development
• High level of knowledge in agri-businesses and agricultural production systems of India
• An excellent communication skill, need to be self motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills

Job profile:

• Leading the product development team in strategic planning, and organizing the market or product development trials to achieve the targets within the specified time frame.
• Planning, prioritizing and execution of the product development plans for the specified state in developing the strategy and decision making.
• Co-ordinating the activities related to market development, product promotion and tech services.
