Desired qualification:

• Ph.D. in Seed Technology / Plant Breeding and Genetics with 2-3 years of relevant research experience or M.Sc. (Ag) in Seed Technology or Plant breeding and Genetics with 5-6 years of experience in seed industry or public institution.
• Need to be a team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to travel extensively.
• Need to be self motivated with good communication ability.
• Good knowledge of agricultural production systems.

Job profile:

• Quality Monitoring at field level, inspection of all the seed production locations
• Quality assurance by conducting GOT – its planning, crop management, observation and data recording and reporting of results.
• Conducting seed sampling, moisture estimation, evaluation of physical purity of seed.
• Candidate should have seed quality testing knowledge.
