Sales Representative, Russia
Location: Samara/Ulyanovsk and Saratov/Penza, Russia
Our Sales Team is expanding, and we are looking for highly driven sales professionals to join our team based in Samara/Ulyanovsk and Saratov/Penza. The primary purpose of the role is both customer development and the development of the agronomic portfolio (sunflower, sorghum, spring oilseed rape) in Russia. This position is focused on sales generation and sales support with key customers as well as significant focus on agronomic characterization and positioning of hybrids.

Principle Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate with Country Leader segmentation of Nuseed’s pipeline of hybrids and traits. This shall include initial and ongoing sales and market development resource & structure reviews in line with expected commercial outcomes in the country.
- Work across the business functions from business services to R&D to ensure business alignment to key initiatives.
- Team account management strategies with major customers, industry bodies and influential groups/government entities.
- Accountable for agronomic trials and coordination with the Country Leader for sales generation in the country.
- Provide registration assistance in the country.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Agriculture Degree
- Extensive related marketing experience with product managers, account management, and senior sales reporting to the position
- Experience with Russian agriculture industry especially sunflowers
- Experience in developing channel strategies with oil processors, confection processors, and /or food industry
