Assigned territory: Serbia, Romania, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, N. Macedonia, Hungary, and BiH.
Reports to: International Sales Manager- Balkans, Commercial

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting field trials of development varieties in the assigned territory, independently as well as in conjunction with our distributors in this region.
• Professional training and technical support to growers and distributers in the define markets.
• Working with the distributors to trial and promote Hazera varieties (testing new products).
• Develops a Hazera network of key growers and Local PDs in the territory to implement the trails.
• Keeps overview of events in the territory, i.e., Gathering, open days and Seminars.
• Gathering information on the market, Surface, varieties, competitors.
• Coordinate national & international meetings.
• Assist and coordinate with breeder trials and visits of Product Managers, Breeders & Area Sales Manager.

Preferred Profile:

• Living in Serbia
• Diploma or degree in Agriculture  and 3 years of experience in a PD position, preferably vegetable seed industry.
• Focus crops  - Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Melon & Watermelon.
• Open communicator with good interpersonal skills, able to interact between different disciplines in Hazera, customers and distributors.
• Professional reporting and computer skills.
• Have a strong action-driven personality.
• Driving License
• Willing to travel frequently is a must.
• Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English. Additional language (Romanian, Bosnian, Croatian, Bulgarian) are nice to have.
