PURPOSE

Responsible to lead product testing & commercial operations in South East Asian countries (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines), through the Key Account Model & ensure strong & sustainable growth of the business and meeting/exceeding financial targets & strategic priorities by executing the business plan & strategic initiatives.

Ensure strong business coordination with other function and responsible for people development.

Responsibilities

• Develop team of experienced professionals for product testing and establishing sale network in S.E.Asia
• Develop & execute Vegetable branded Business Strategy (0-5 years) for product placement and developing sale outlets in South East Asian Countries.
• Responsible for delivering targeted business results through the sales of commercial products and services contributing to the geography’s budget and achieve milestones in strategic priorities.
• Develop a thorough understanding of key account customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives by leveraging portfolio strengths across crops lines.
• Expand Key Account Customers in South East Asian Countries as per the defined commercial strategy.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• B.Sc. (Agri), M.Sc. (Agri) / MBA
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Commercial Operations functions (Sales, Marketing, or product development) is essential. Experience of South East Asia markets will be added advantage
• Good collaboration, influencing, business acumen, stakeholder management skills, practical judgement, initiative, endurance, key account management and forecasting skills.
• Strong people management, coaching, leadership and networking skills.
• Ability to acknowledge and work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-country teams.
