We are currently seeking a Strategic Marketing Operations Lead in Woodland, CA to support our North American Region.
You will enhance the prosperity of farmers by:

Leading commercial processes in the Region, harmonizing the marketing approach across crops, and steering and prioritizing A&P spend and capability development in markets

Creating bridges across crop specific GCUs to deliver a coherent regional portfolio strategy ensuring balance between Territory needs and global crop strategies

Ensuring an effective, harmonized execution of marketing processes, tools, and decision platforms across all Territories aligned with Global Veg platforms and processes, e.g., PAM, PAT, Product Profiles, Product Positioning, Value Pricing , Season/Campaign Planning and 5-year Business Planning

Working closely with Global Marketing Operations and coordinating Regional efforts on Demand Planning (SPP), MAPS, EZ Capture, sample management and trial planning

Guiding Territory Heads and Territory Marketing Operations Leads in the design of effective go to market strategies within the Territories

Guidign and driving A&P spend throughout the Region ensuring deployment in line with agreed strategies and with the purpose to maximize return on investment

Maintaining competitive intelligence in the Veg Seeds industry and building relationships with outside bodies that have major influence on Syngenta business and our license to operate
Accountabilities

Ensures a harmonized approach to our regional crop strategies across species
-
Support the campaign planning approach to ensure maximum return on investment

Facilitates the 5-year crop marketing plans
-
Responsible for the implementation and utilization of tools that supports our commercial operational and strategic interests. Ie MAPS, Ezy Capture, SRT, etc.

Maintains Regional trial planning and sample management strategy
-
Supports the Crop Release review process on forecasted volumes
Qualifications
Requirements
-
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years in commercial/Marketing or strategy roles
-
Ability to influence direct and indirect cross functional relationships
-
Successful track record of process and project management
-
Business modeling and market analytics experience
-
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
-
Has ability to structure and simplify complex matters
-
Strategic & analytical thinking
-
Proficient communication and presentation skills
-
Must be authorized to work for Syngenta in the United States without work authorization sponsorship
