About Us

You will help shape the future of agriculture by:

• Supporting operational functions/processes (Harvest) in the field and the accountability of other crew members

Accountabilities

• Execution of daily and weekly harvest in your area
• Assist with harvest and quality training
• Communication on crew’s performance compared to expectations
• Accountable for monitoring, scheduling, coaching and encouraging the crews on performance and maintaining workflow in assigned area
• Monitor harvest and crop maintenance progress; revision of schedules as required
• Maintain quality standards as required
• Maintains HSE standards/training
• Responsible for the management and integrity of data collection in your area

Qualifications

• Must be High School graduate or have GED
• 100% working outdoors under various weather conditions
• Ability to walk fields in all weather conditions and on various types of terrain
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Capable of working flexible/extended hours during peak season
• Ability to be on your feet for much of the day; frequent standing and walking including climbing stairs and ladders; frequent bending and stooping
• Able to wear applicable PPE
• Computer skills/ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Access)
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
