You will help shape the future of agriculture by:
- Supporting operational functions/processes (Harvest) in the field and the accountability of other crew members
Accountabilities
- Execution of daily and weekly harvest in your area
- Assist with harvest and quality training
- Communication on crew’s performance compared to expectations
- Accountable for monitoring, scheduling, coaching and encouraging the crews on performance and maintaining workflow in assigned area
- Monitor harvest and crop maintenance progress; revision of schedules as required
- Maintain quality standards as required
- Maintains HSE standards/training
- Responsible for the management and integrity of data collection in your area
Qualifications
- Must be High School graduate or have GED
- 100% working outdoors under various weather conditions
- Ability to walk fields in all weather conditions and on various types of terrain
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Capable of working flexible/extended hours during peak season
- Ability to be on your feet for much of the day; frequent standing and walking including climbing stairs and ladders; frequent bending and stooping
- Able to wear applicable PPE
- Computer skills/ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Access)
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
