Seed-X, developer of an innovative computer vision and AI seed and grain analysis technology, aimed to revolutionize seed and grain supply chains in the agricultural & food industries, is looking for an agronomy technician to join its ongoing experimental activity.

Job Description

• Plan and execute experiments, composed of seed/grain imaging and phenotyping
• Communicate and coordinate activity with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate delivery of seed/grain samples
• Run hardware maintenance

Requirements

• Previous experience in plant propagation (B.Sc. – preferred)
• Technical acumen
• Multitasking ability
• Team player
• A resident of Davis, California or its vicinity
  (activity to be located at UC Davis)
• Readiness to go on occasional professional visits

Compensation

• Competitive, hourly wage
