Office Manager
Location: Gilroy, California, USA 
Tokita Seed is a family owned company founded in 1917 in Japan and now with operations in Italy, India, China, the USA and Chile.
Tokita Seed America was established in the US in 2012.
Position starting date: Immediately
Minimum qualifications: BS/ BA Degree, Computer knowledge including QB
Salary: Based on qualification and experience
Main duties:
- Manage the day to day office activities
- Inventory management
- Import/ Export shipments
- Communicate with customers by E-mail and in person
- Process orders/ Invoices using QB data management system
- Handle seed repacking and be able to lift 50 LBS bags
- Organize traveling schedules for employees and visitors.
