EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full Time

LOCATION: Hyderabad

ROLE PURPOSE: Responsible for Sales & Mktg of Field Crops (Corn, Pearl Millet & Mustard) PAN India basis and evaluation of PD trials. Effective coordination with R&D for updating requirements of new traits in the products.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for Field crops business in India for achieving revenue targets
• Developing long term business plans including product Life Cycle, marketing strategies/approach, distribution models and market development activities                                                    
  Handling a crop Profile of Corn, Pearl Millet, and Mustard.
• Identify specific business needs and challenges of seed market and coordinate with research and production
• Implement the statutory and legal requirements for sale in each state in order to minimize legal or financial implications for the organization.
• To make effective trial plan segment wise & area wise and conduct trials as per target areas.
• Organizing PD trials and evaluation of the trials for recommending products.
• Prepare operational and capital expense budgets based on the sale targets and expansion of sale activities
• Create and maintain a base of market information for marketing – research & analysis.
• Enable colleagues and subordinates to drive achievement and engagement by setting ambitious SMART objectives.

DESIRED CREDENTIALS/PROFILE:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s /Master’s degree (Agri preferred) from a reputed university/institute

Experience: 10-15 years of relevant work experience in Field Crops
